1. Shipping

At Charismoeu.com, we do everything we can to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely and conveniently. All shipments are handled through InPost i DHL, with the option of delivery to a parcel locker or by courier — at checkout, you select this next to the button of the shipping service that is most convenient for you.

⏱ Delivery Time

After payment, orders are dispatched within 1–2 days.

InPost states a delivery time of 3–4 business days, but in practice parcels usually reach customers within 1–2 days.

After dispatch, you can track your order on the InPost or DHL website, or in their mobile app.

✉️ Change of Address or Country of Delivery

Need to change the address or delivery method? Are you ordering from another EU country? Contact us at charismopolska@gmail.com — we will be happy to adjust your shipping options as quickly as possible!
