Our Core

Charismo was founded in 2014. The idea was sparked during a lunch between our executives and world-renowned trichologists. Their combined expertise and vision aligned around one common belief: people deserve a healthy, natural option to restore their hair vitality before turning to aggressive medications with documented side effects.

A Breakthrough

The first major milestone came in late 2014 with the introduction of DEKOHAIR in Europe, which quickly gained traction for its effectiveness in nourishing the scalp and strengthening hair at the root.”

2015-2018

Coming Together

A decisive turning point in the company’s growth came in 2015, when we consolidated all production in Dallas, Texas. Since then, every product has been made in the USA under strict quality controls and with an unrelenting focus on research and innovation.

Expansion

We are an active member of nearly all major trichological societies across the world and frequently participate in American, European, and World Trichological Research Society meetings.”
