If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns of unopened packages within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We process refunds within 14 business days from the moment we receive the returned shipment, using the details provided during checkout (unless the customer specifies otherwise).

All orders are accepted for processing only after payment for the product has been received.
